Processing Time

All our 3D-printed toys and custom clickers are made to order with love. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships. For larger event orders (like the Clicker Bar packages), processing times may vary, and we will communicate this during booking.

Shipping Policies

We ship nationwide! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Free standard shipping on domestic orders of $30 or more. Standard shipping is $8 for orders below $30.
• Standard Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US.
• Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items (like personalized clickers) are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

However, your satisfaction is our priority! If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly make it right.
